Evie and Ari were so excited—they were going camping with their parents! They set up two tents near a big, beautiful forest. Evie and Ari had butterfly catchers. But as soon as they tried to catch one, the butterfly fluttered away. “Let’s follow her!” Ari laughed. They ran after the butterfly, giggling, as it danced through the air. But suddenly, they found themselves deep inside the forest. “Let’s go back,” Evie said. But when they turned around, all they saw were tall trees. “Oh no! I don’t know the way back! Where’s the path?” They started walking, but suddenly, the sky turned gray, and the wind began to blow. Then, little raindrops started falling. “I want to go back to Mama!” Evie cried. “I’m cold and wet.” They shouted Mom, dad, but the rain got stronger, and the sound of raindrops on the leaves was too loud—no one could hear them. Just then, a small, friendly bear appeared. “Come inside my cave!” he said. “You’ll be safe and dry in there.” Evie and Ari quickly ran into the bear’s cozy cave. They waited inside, drunk hot chocolate until the rain stopped and the sun came out again. “How will we find our way back?” Ari wondered. “I have an idea!” said the bear. “My friend the eagle can help!” The eagle agreed. “Hop onto my back! From the sky, you’ll be able to see your tents, and I’ll fly you home.” Evie and Ari climbed onto the eagle’s strong wings, and up they went! From high above, the trees looked tiny, and a soft breeze blew against their faces. “There! I see our tents!” Evie cheered. “Please take us down!” The eagle gently landed right next to their camping spot. “Thank you, eagle!” the kids said as they ran to their parents. Mama and Dad hugged them tight. “We were so worried!” they said. “We’re sorry,” Ari said. “We won’t go into the forest alone again!” That night, under the twinkling stars, Evie and Ari snuggled up in their tent, feeling safe and happy.

Sam and Ava see palm trees growing near a wide, flowing river. A friendly boy named Rami waves and says, “Welcome to the River Nile!” He shows them how people use the river water to help plants grow. Page 3 They walk along the riverbank and find tall reeds. Rami explains, “We use these reeds to make papyrus, a special paper for writing.” Ava gently touches the soft green stems. Page 4 Next, Rami leads them to a huge pyramid. It points high into the sky. “Pharaoh Khufu built this long ago,” says Rami. “Our people believe the pharaoh is very important.” Page 5 Inside the pyramid, they see stone walls covered with hieroglyphs, the ancient Egyptian way of writing. Pictures of birds, eyes, and shapes tell stories about the pharaoh’s life. Page 6 They quietly walk into a room with a sarcophagus, a big stone box that holds a mummy. “This mummy was once a great ruler,” says Rami. Sam and Ava feel a little scared, but also very curious! Page 7 At midday, they visit the busy market. People trade goods like wheat, dates, and cloth. “We use boats to carry our goods along the Nile,” explains Rami. Sam and Ava see bright, woven baskets full of fruit. Page 8 It is time to say goodbye. Rami waves. “Come again!” Sam and Ava open the magic book and zoom back home. Their hearts are full of wonder at all they have learned about Ancient Egypt.

The setting is a single-family house with a mom, a young boy Jake and dog Hipis. It’s a morning on a snowy day and it’s a beautiful sunrise. The mom has so much to do. The house is messy her son has made a mess with blocks, toys and trucks. She wants to enjoy the sunrise and walk out with her baby to watch it, but starts cleaning and getting everything ready around the house. She does not want to go out until she is finished, the dog is fed and it is all perfect around the house. She wants to be prepared for everything. Her and her boy missed the sunrise because of all the Cleaning. She tried to make everything perfect but in the end, it’s turned against her and they missed the beautiful moment. The next day, the same thing happens, but her son reminds her about the sunrise last minute and they both go out. The house is still messy, but they have a special moment together. It’s reminds them that not everything has to be perfect and that's perfect. They’re smiling together.

In the small city of Canaima, Venezuela, stands a grand mansion owned by the wealthy Rodríguez family. Their young son, Andres, is often left alone, as his parents are consumed with business. A mysterious girl, pale and dressed in tattered clothes, appears with a flickering candle, lifting the wooden floorboards and pouring something into a hidden hole beneath the floor. As the girl leaves, she leaves the candle behind. The next night, they return to investigate and find gold coins buried beneath the floor. Lorena’s need to help Camilo leads her to take the coins, paying for medical care. With each night, the temptation to take more grows, until the hole becomes a siren call, drawing them back for more. On the eighth night, as Andres reaches for the coins, he falls into the hole, and Lorena drops the candle, plunging them into darkness. When she relights the candle, the hole has vanished, and both she and Andres are gone. The mansion remains empty, and when workers investigate, they find Andres’s body surrounded by the gold coins. The mansion is said to be cursed, and its eerie silence continues to haunt those who pass by. The mansion still stands in Canaima, abandoned and surrounded by mystery. If you listen closely at night, you might hear a faint voice calling for help: "Please, someone save me... help me..."
