Day by day, Earl would scurry and squeal, Macy would chatter, their friendship was real. One sunny day, with a grin so wide, She named him "Earl!" and he squeaked with pride. "Mom, Earl the Squirrel is here at last!" Each morning they'd laugh as the hours passed. Earl loved Macy, her stories, her song— They’d talk and play all the day long. Then one night, Macy heard the news: They’d soon be moving, and felt the blues. She worried for Earl, her special friend, And feared their visits would come to an end. Day after day, they shared one last giggle, Macy would laugh, and Earl’s tail would wiggle. Then one day, he didn’t appear, And Macy missed him, her heart filled with fear. On moving day, she waited and sighed, Hoping to see Earl just one more time. Then, at the window, to her surprise, There was Earl with bright, sparkling eyes! But this time, Earl wasn’t alone— A baby squirrel had joined her, full-grown! Macy gasped with joy, her worry now done, For Earl had found a friend—a little one. With a hug from her mom, Macy laughed with glee, Realizing Earl was a “she!” all along, you see. So they waved goodbye, and Macy felt bright, Knowing her friend would be alright. Ezra, Leo, Mummy, Daddy, Moo and Pops went to Studland beach in Dorset, England. Daddy dug and dug and suddenly they found black volcanic rocks from a million years ago. Ezra collected two pink buckets of volcanic rocks. When they took them home Ezra put them next to his bed. While he slept they started to glow. The next morning they were glowing so brightly. The whole family held hands and rubbed the stones. Suddenly they were taken back in time to when dinosaurs roamed the earth. The dinosaurs were friendly. Ezra rode with Mummy on the back of a Brachiosaurus, Leo rode with Daddy on the back of a Triceratoos, and Moo and Pops each rode on Stegosaurus. The played all kinds of games with the dinosaurs. They helped one dinosaur to hatch from an egg. They also helped to feed a baby dinosaur. As it got dark it was time to go home. The all held hands and rubbished the black volcanic rocks again and were transported back in time to day.

Feel the calm as it passes by. “Here’s how it works,” Master Ling continued. “First, take a big breath in through your nose, and then take another little sip of air to top it up. Finally, let it all out with a long sigh through your mouth. Try it with me.” Benji closed his eyes and followed the steps: He took a big breath in through his nose. He added a tiny extra sip of air at the top. Then he let out a long, slow sigh through his mouth. “Ahh,” Benji said, feeling his chest relax. The whirling tornado inside him slowed down. “It works!” Master Ling nodded. “It does. This is a gift you can use anytime you feel stressed or scared. Practice it often, and you’ll always have a way to find calm.” From that day on, Benji shared the secret of the Calm Breath with everyone in Breezy Hollow. Whenever his friends felt worried, he’d remind them, “Top up your breath before you sigh!” Soon, the whole village used the Calm Breath to stay calm and happy.

Help my children feel at ease while they know what I’m doing this weekend as I go away from them for the first time. Tell them about how I’m going to be so sad and miss them as I leave the house. Durga shared the Bible verse Thessalonians 5:8 with John Jr and told him it tells us to put on faith and love as a breastplate, and to wear the hope of salvation as a helmet. 5. John Jr and Durga learned the ABCs of salvation. A – ADMIT you are a sinner. B - BELIEVE Jesus died and rose again to pay for your sins. C - CONFESS Jesus is Lord of your life. Putting your total trust in Jesus as your only hope of salvation.
