Once upon a time, there was a little boy named Mani. Mani was 10 years old and lived in a small village. He loved playing with his friends and exploring the fields. But lately, Mani was scared. His father was very strict and sometimes got angry over small things.

Because of his fear, Mani decided not to go to school. He would hide behind the big banyan tree near his house. Mani missed his friends and teachers, but he didn’t want to make his father upset. Every morning, he watched his friends walk to school without him. He felt sad and lonely.

One day, Mani's teacher, Miss Priya, noticed he was missing from class. She decided to visit Mani at his home. When she arrived, she found him sitting alone under the banyan tree. Miss Priya sat next to Mani and gently asked why he wasn’t coming to school. Mani told her about his fear of his father.

Miss Priya listened carefully and promised to help Mani. She spoke with Mani's father and explained how important school was for Mani. His father understood and promised to be more patient and supportive. The next day, Mani walked to school with a big smile. He was happy to be back with his friends and learning new things.
