Hana's Heartache

It's Okay

Once upon a time, there was a girl named Hana who felt very sad. She had a broken heart because her best friend moved away. Hana didn't know how to make the sadness go away. She wandered around her neighborhood, hoping to feel better. Her first stop was the local bakery, where she met a friendly Chef.

The Chef noticed Hana's sad eyes and decided to help. She baked Hana a special cake, filled with sweet, colorful layers. 'Sometimes a little sweetness can cheer you up,' said the Chef with a warm smile. Hana took a bite and felt a little bit of happiness returning. But her heart was still not fully mended.

Next, Hana met a Handy Man who was fixing a fence. He saw Hana's frown and offered to teach her how to build a birdhouse. 'Creating something can make you feel better,' he said. As they worked together, Hana felt proud of her new skill. Her heart felt lighter, but there was still a tiny crack.

Finally, Hana realized that her heart needed time and care from herself too. She started writing letters to her friend and kept a journal of happy memories. Each day, she felt her heart healing a bit more. With the help of her new friends and her own efforts, Hana's heart was whole again. She learned that it's okay to feel sad, and it's also okay to find joy in different ways.
