The Farewell
Mama's Faraway Adventure
Ellah's mama was going on a faraway adventure. Ellah felt sad because she would miss her mama. Mama hugged Ellah and said, 'I will miss you too, but I will always be with you in your heart.' Ellah wiped away her tears and waved goodbye to her mama.

The house felt empty without mama. Ellah missed her hugs and the sound of her laughter. She looked at the family photos on the wall and remembered the fun times they had together. 'I wish mama was here,' she whispered to herself.

One day, Ellah received a surprise letter from mama. In the letter, mama shared her exciting adventures and the new friends she had made. Mama also wrote, 'I miss you every day, but I am learning so many new things. I can't wait to tell you all about it when I come back.' Ellah felt happy to hear from mama.

To feel closer to mama, Ellah imagined going on her own adventure. She pretended to explore faraway lands and meet new people, just like mama. She drew colorful pictures of her imaginary journey and shared them with her friends. Mama's adventures inspired Ellah's imagination.

Mama sent a special souvenir to Ellah. It was a beautiful seashell from the beach where mama was visiting. Ellah held the seashell close to her ear and listened to the soothing sound of the ocean. 'Mama is thinking of me,' she smiled.

After a long time, mama finally returned from her adventure. Ellah ran into mama's arms and gave her the biggest hug. 'I missed you so much, mama,' Ellah said. Mama hugged her tightly and said, 'I missed you too, but I'm so happy to be back with you.' The house felt full of love again.

Over dinner, mama and Ellah shared their stories. Mama told about the exciting places she had seen, and Ellah shared her imaginary adventures. They laughed and talked late into the night. 'I love hearing about your adventures, mama,' Ellah said with a smile.

As they cuddled up for bedtime, mama made a promise to Ellah. 'Even when I go on adventures, I will always come back to you. You will never be far from my heart.' Ellah hugged mama tightly and whispered, 'I love you, mama.' They both drifted off to sleep, knowing they would always be together.
