Chapter 1: Ethan and His Picky Eating
Rainbow in My Food
Ethan was a picky eater. He would only eat a few things he liked. His favorite food was plain white rice and chicken nuggets. Ethan's mom and dad were worried because he wasn't getting all the nutrients he needed to grow strong and healthy.

One sunny day, Ethan's parents took him to the farmer's market. There were so many colorful fruits and vegetables. Ethan wrinkled his nose and said, 'I don't want to try anything new, Mom and Dad.' But his parents encouraged him to give it a try. 'You might find something you like,' they said.

As Ethan walked through the market, he saw a stand filled with vibrant fruits and vegetables. There were red tomatoes, orange carrots, yellow bananas, green broccoli, and purple grapes. Ethan's eyes widened with curiosity. 'Look at all the colors, Mom and Dad!' he exclaimed.

Ethan's parents bought a rainbow of fruits and vegetables and brought them home. They showed Ethan how to make a colorful salad. They chopped up the red tomatoes, orange carrots, yellow bananas, green broccoli, and purple grapes. Ethan watched in amazement as the colors mixed together.

With a little hesitation, Ethan took a tiny bite of the colorful salad. To his surprise, it tasted delicious! The flavors exploded in his mouth, and he couldn't help but smile. 'This is amazing!' he exclaimed. Ethan realized that rainbow food was not only beautiful but also yummy.
5
After eating the rainbow salad every day, Ethan started to feel stronger and healthier. He had more energy to play, and his skin started to glow. Ethan's mom and dad were thrilled to see their little boy thriving.
6
Ethan couldn't keep the secret of rainbow food to himself. He told his friends at school about the delicious and healthy salads he was eating. Soon, his friends started trying new foods too. They realized that eating a variety of colors made them feel good inside and out.
7
From that day forward, Ethan became an adventurous eater. He would try any new food that came his way. He loved discovering new flavors and sharing his food adventures with his friends. Ethan learned that trying new foods was not only fun but also important for his health. And whenever he saw a rainbow, he would remember the day he discovered the rainbow in his food.
