Tasha's Shiny Red Tricycle

Once upon a time in a cozy little house, there lived a young girl named Tasha. Tasha was a pretty 6-year-old with wavy hair that danced in the wind. One sunny morning, her Mom woke her up with a big surprise. It was a shiny red tricycle! Tasha's eyes sparkled with joy as she hugged her Mom tightly.

Tasha and her Mom decided to go for a bike ride through the colorful neighborhood. Tasha pedaled her tricycle as fast as she could, feeling the wind in her hair. As they rode, they approached a big house known as the 'candy lady's' house. In the front yard, there was a table filled with all kinds of sweet treats. Tasha's eyes widened with excitement, but it was naptime, so they headed back home.

When they arrived home, Tasha's Mom tucked her into bed for a nap. Tasha, however, was too excited about her new tricycle to take a nap. As soon as her Mom lay down, Tasha quietly sneaked out of the house to ride her shiny red tricycle. She knew it was wrong, but the tricycle seemed to be calling her name, 'Tasha, Tasha.'

As Tasha rode further, she realized she had forgotten the way that her and her Mom took. She soon got lost and found herself on a steep hill. As she went flying down, the tricycle flipped, and Tasha scraped her leg. Tears welled up in her eyes. Eventually, her Mom found her and gave her a gentle talk about the importance of following rules and obeying her parents. Tasha learned that rules are set in place to keep her safe.
