Luna the firefly's glow is pink instead of yellow like all the other fireflies. she feels different and wants to hide her light. she tries three different times and fails. when her mom sees that she is sad she reminds her of Matthew 5 in the Bible where Jesus tells us to let our light shine before others so they can see God's love through her. she agrees and decides to share her story of courage even though she is different.

Page 1 Today, Alex and Emma are going on a school trip to Lung Yeuk Tau. They are very excited to see the beautiful mountains and old villages! Page 2 The bus drives along the mountain road to Lung Yeuk Tau. Alex tells Emma, "The mountains here look like a dragon jumping, so it’s called Lung Yeuk Tau!" Emma laughs and says, "That’s so interesting!" Page 3 They arrive at the old village called Old Wai and see the tall walls. Emma asks, "Why are the walls so thick here?" The teacher replies, "They were built to keep pirates away!" Page 4 The kids see an old well. Alex points and says, "This well was used by villagers for drinking water." Emma looks closely and says, "The well has a metal cover. That’s special!" Page 5 Next, they visit the Tin Hau Temple. Emma is surprised and says, "There are so many statues in the temple!" The teacher explains, "These are the gods that protect the village. We can pray here for blessings." Page 6 In the temple, the kids see two old bronze bells. Emma asks, "What are these bells for?" The teacher says, "People ring the bells to tell the gods and pray for safety." Page 7 Before the trip ends, the kids take pictures on the village path. They agree to come back next time to join the village’s traditional activities and learn more about the culture. Page 8 Back at school, Alex and Emma excitedly share their trip stories. Everyone listens with great interest, looking forward to the day they can explore Lung Yeuk Tau together!

World Standards Day (or International Standards Day) is an international day celebrated on 14 October each year.[1] The day honours the efforts of the thousands of experts who develop voluntary standards within standards development organizations such as the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME),[2] International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (IESBA), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). The aim of World Standards Day is to raise awareness among regulators, industry and consumers as to the importance of standardization to the global economy. Ben is Sarah's father. 1. John Jr and Jade was learning about Jesus' teachings about honesty. Jesus wants us to be honest in our speech and keep our promises. In 1 John 3:18 Jesus says "Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth." Jade told John Jr that they need to be truthful in their words and actions even when it is hard. They decided they would Be more honest. 2. John Jr and Jade thought of times they were not honest. John Jr told about a time he lied to his mom about getting in cookie jar before dinner. John Jr ate 3 cookies before. His mom knew he wasn't truthful since he had no appetite for his dinner. 3. Jade told about about a time he blamed someone else for something he had done. Jade picked his neighbors flowers and blamed it on his friend Vixen to his neighbor. 4. John Jr told Jade about the two commandments that says not to steal or not to lie. John Jr decided they would practice being more trustworthy by being straightforward, and not lying, cheating, or stealing. Jade share Bible verse Proverbs 12:22 "The LORD detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy." Jesus taught people that the truth will set them free from slavery to sin, self-rule, and self-justification. John Jr and Jade decided that it was very important to be truthful with God. Jesus felt honesty was a gift and loved to be around plainspoken and honest people. John Jr and Jade want to follow Jesus because he is the truth and speaks of the truth and love.

Karsen's Sunday Adventures It’s Sunday morning! Karsen wakes up early, rubs his sleepy eyes, and kneels beside his bed to pray. After praying, Karsen quickly fixes his bed. He folds his blanket neatly and fluffs his pillow. Karsen goes to church with his grandma and older sister. They walk hand in hand, ready to start the day with worship. After church, they visit the park. Karsen enjoys the fresh air and plays while they have a little picnic. When they get home, Karsen helps clean the house with his sister. They sweep, dust, and put everything in its place. Karsen also helps his grandma in the garden. Together, they water the plants and pull out weeds. In the afternoon, Karsen joins his sister and friends to clean their neighborhood. They pick up trash and sweep the streets. At night, Karsen enjoys watching TV with his family while having a light dinner. Before bedtime, he kneels once more to pray and thank God for a wonderful day.

Ozzy Dog is a male cocker spaniel, he is a teenager, brown body with blonde hair. Hes always getting in trouble. because hes naughty his mum "Jules" and "uncle Jon" take him to dog training. whilst at dog training all the other dogs are well behaved, doing various tasks but Ozzy is being naughty at the end the owners still love Ozzy but realise he cant be trained.
